We are living in an age that does not allow for any standstills. Fast paced innovations, rapid changes and new technologies are forming our day to day life. To keep pace with it all you have to move fast, leaving even less time to lay back, relax and reflect. Time just for yourself...As somebody once commented “Half our life is spent trying to find something to do with the time we have rushed through trying to save”.

To compensate for all this, we have created our restaurant “Zeitlos”, meaning “Timeless - Ageless”, an amalgamation of all things you desire old and new. “Zeitlos” is not just an arbitrary word, chosen randomly but more so it reflects our philosophy and is the body and soul and the inspiration behind our culinary concept.

As an enthusiast of exceptional cooking and service in a subdued atmosphere, we offer you high quality dishes best described as extraordinary in our restaurant - an oasis of pure sublime tranquility. The young chef's philosophy is rooted in simplicity; finding a balance between the old and the new. His concept is sleek yet inviting, opulent yet delicate, flavorful and fresh using the best and freshest of regional ingredients.
