The in-house restaurant “Zeitlos” with an attached bar will capture your eyes and entangle you through its charm, elegance and coziness. It is doubtlessly the epicenter of our hotel and property “Gut Pichlhof”, and as the name suggests it is timeless not only in its charm and ambiance but also through its range of products on offer.
The Chef and his team like to pamper the guests through his very creative art of cooking which is not only traditional but timely and contemporary at the same time. You will be sure to find only the best and freshest of ingredients, mostly from the region itself. He focuses on luxury ingredients and also down to earth recipes at the same time. Assorted cooking techniques, appealing flavor combinations - although countless chefs have adopted this style, he stands alone and has a unique approach enhanced by a talent for color and composition. Plate presentations don't get much prettier than this. The young chef's philosophy is rooted in simplicity; finding a balance between the old and the new. He explains that the concept is sleek yet inviting, opulent yet delicate, flavorful and fresh.
